Kütahya Tavşanlı Wastewater Treatment Plant Project

Due to the inadequacy of the existing Stage 1 drinking water treatment plant in Şanlıurfa, located within the boundaries of the DSI 15th Regional Directorate, the necessary implementation projects have been prepared for the facilities required to meet Şanlıurfa’s drinking water needs until 2050 (with a capacity of 300,000 m3/day). These include the Fast Mixing, Slow Mixing, Clarifier, Filter, Chlorine Building units, sludge dewatering unit, the connections of these units to the existing plant, and the necessary projects required for completion of the project. The existing raw water pump station and the motor-pump group additions allocated within these pumping stations, which will provide Stage 2 flow at the existing clean water pump station, have been completed. The technical and economic feasibility of these facilities has been taken into account and the basis for the construction tender has been prepared for the quantity survey, survey, green file, and technical specifications.

Davutlar-Güzelçamlı (Aydın) Sewerage Implementation Project

Given the topography of the land and approved field studies, and because the towns’ wastewater will be treated at the treatment plant built as part of the KUŞATAK Project, gravity conveyance of wastewater was not feasible. As a result of the project’s hydraulic solution, three separate pumping stations were designed for wastewater. Due to the large elevation difference and distance between the third pumping station and the treatment plant entrance, a fourth pumping station was also designed.

The project includes a network and collector line with pipes in diameters of Ø200, Ø300, Ø400, Ø500, Ø600, Ø700, Ø800, Ø1000, and Ø1200, totaling 158 km in the first stage and 210 km in the second stage.
