This is a feasibility study prepared for the municipalities in Group A to implement water, wastewater, and solid waste management services through a World Bank loan provided to the Iller Bank.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project covers the construction of a new drinking water system, improvement of the existing drinking water supply and distribution system, installation of a SCADA system, construction of a sewer system, drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities, and solid waste disposal for the aforementioned five municipalities. Existing infrastructure facilities (water, wastewater, solid waste, etc.) for these municipalities were examined, and problems related to these facilities and operations were identified. Detailed reports were prepared on solutions to these problems, establishing and strengthening institutional structures, and operational concepts. The report also recommended infrastructure strategies to ensure sustainable development for each municipality.
