“Competency-based e-learning for the development of new general and health-focused skills in waste management”

The project is motivated by the need for economic growth and its vital role in combating unemployment.
The proposed CARE-WASTE project also addresses the strategy of developing new skills for new job opportunities. This strategy identifies new demands for system-based applications of learning outcomes and competencies through learning research aimed at transitioning from knowledge to competence.

The primary objective of the project is to transfer the e-learning program on waste education to evaluate and update its design, focusing on the critical competencies required for the target groups. The primary objective is to promote competency-based management, targeting both direct (interns, apprentices, employees, job seekers, unemployed) and indirect project beneficiaries (employers, trainers, managers, vocational training professionals, decision-makers). Project objectives include: defining the innovation transfer learning program, designing appropriate multimedia tools, selecting program components, creating and presenting learning outcomes and structures, determining the rating scale, testing the program, developing a model that enables transfer, and evaluating project results.
